Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: Does Triumph have a minimum quantity required per run?
- A: No minimum quantities are imposed.
- Q: What is the largest-sized carton Triumph can produce?
- A: The blank size (the folding carton unglued, lying flat) cannot exceed
36" x 50".
- Q: How are cartons measured?
- A: Carton measurements are submitted by Length x Width x Depth (a blank
size would also be helpful).
- Q: How do I determine the length, width and depth of my carton?
- A: This is a little tricky. If the explanation below doesn't help, call
us and we'll walk you through it.
- To determine the depth (which is the most important of the three) you
need to look at the way your product is loaded into the carton (copy
or how it is displayed has no bearing on this dimension). The dimension
always follows how the product is filled.
- The next dimension, width, is perpendicular and connects to the glue
lap.
- The length dimension is usually the face panel but is always the
remaining dimension.
- Q: How many colors can I have printed?
- A: 7 colors plus a water-based coating.
- Q: Does Triumph sell "stock" cartons?
- A: Not us!
- Q: Can Triumph generate new film for me?
- A: Yes, our in-house Graphics Department can generate film.
- Q: Do I still need film?
- A: Not anymore. Our in-house Computer-to-Plate Department is filmless.
- Q: What is Triumph's normal lead time?
- A: Two days to two weeks.
- Q: Will there be an additional charge for a rush order?
- A: Never!
- Q: Can I get fries with that?
- A: Nothing is too much for our customers!
